Frequently asked questions

Are the prices gross?

Yes. Every price in the list is the gross amount to pay for the given batch, the same you will see in the cart. The price per piece is the batch price divided by the number of pieces.

How much is delivery?

Delivery to a parcel locker costs PLN 12.00, by courier PLN 19.00. Orders of at least PLN 300.00 ship for free.

What does the price per piece depend on?

On the batch size. Each product's table shows the price of the whole batch and of one piece for every available batch, so you see at once what a larger run costs.

What file format should I send?

You add the print file when ordering: PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, CDR, PSD, TIFF, PNG, JPG and other common formats, up to 500 MB. A PDF in the product's size works best.
