File preparation
How to prepare your print file
Four rules for a sharp print in the right colours.

File format
Vector is best: SVG or PDF. A PNG with a transparent background is enough for the preview.

Resolution
Prepare bitmaps at 300 dpi or more at print size, so edges stay clean.

Colours
Save the file in CMYK. Screen colours (RGB) can print slightly darker.
- 04
Text to outlines
Convert text to outlines or embed the fonts, so the letters look exactly as designed.
